The Signia Styletto comes with a 3 year repair and 3 year loss and damage warranty.
The Styletto bring a unique and modern design to the hearing world. With both a thin housing and speaker tube, the device makes the device incredibly discreet. These bold new hearing aids are available in three modern color combinations: Snow White/Rose Gold, Dark Granite/Silver and Cosmic Blue/Rose Gold.
The sleek instrument does not have any push-buttons or a volume control on the device. For those who want to control their hearing aids, the touchControl® App is available for changing the volume, programs, and directionality. The touchControl® App requires a smartphone. Similarly, miniPocket™ remote control available, which allows for volume and program changes.
Styletto is available in all three of the Nx performance levels, 7Nx, 5Nx and 3Nx. It can only use Signia's size M receiver, which is their medium-strength speaker. The device is applicable for people with mild to moderately severe losses (60 dB gain).
Signia Styletto wearers get all-day wearing powered by lithium-ion batteries and their ultra-thin compact charging case. This charging case gives Styletto wearers four days of mobility without needing to "plug in" – ideal for a quick business trip, camping or anytime someone wants to go off the grid.
The Styletto unfortunately does not have on-board Bluetooth streaming capabilities, so there will be no direct streaming of phone calls or audio from smartphones. It does have Signia's e2e (Ear-to-Ear) wireless and their TwinPhone feature.
“There are people who look at a hearing aid and really don’t see it matching their style,” says Eric Branda, AuD of Signia . With its slim design, the Styletto reminds us of some of the cutting-edge product designs by Apple or Google. For those put off by the look of traditional hearing aids, this device may be a great choice for them.
The Styletto’s recharging case is very small, and reportedly offers 19 hours of full-day use with a 3-hour charge. If the wearer forgets to charge the device, they can drop it into the charger for 30 minutes and be able to use the device for 5 hours. The charger also carries three full charges. So if the user starts out their day with a full charge and the charger is fully charged, they would have four days of portable battery capacity available to them. The charger also contains a convenient LED indicator to view the status of the charging and has an automatic on/off feature. This means the charger can serve as the primary carrying case.
The Styletto hearing aid uses the advanced Signia Nx platform, which is designed to provide a more natural listening experience for it's wearers. Some benefits of the Nx platform are:
Many hearing aid wearers do not like the sound of their own voice as it can sound loud and unnatural. Signia’s hearing aids solve this problem with OVP™ (Own Voice Processing), which provides a natural sounding own voice combined with optimal hearing of all other sounds for the most pleasant, natural listening experience. This is particularly useful for first-time wearers.
Signia’s hearing aids with Nx technology enable wearers to hear speech more clearly in all situations through advanced noise suppression technologies. This makes it easier for you to understand your conversation partner, even in very noisy environments such as a restaurant, meeting or lecture.
Hearing aid users want to hear the most natural, lifelike sound in all environments. The Nx platform by Signia lets you enjoy crystal clear sound, even in difficult listening environments.
